Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.

  •  QRF APPAREL CO reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet our criteria.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Allow 10 days for your return to be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement or refund will be issued.

Size Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size, please contact our customer service.

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability.

 Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Please allow 5 business days for order processing.

International Orders:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
